Contracts Manager

Scott Moser, JD, is a contracts manager with Technology Opportunities & Ventures (TOV) and he handles the full range of contracts managed by TOV, primarily on behalf of NYU’s Washington Square campus. He helps coordinate matters with TOV business development staff, the Office of General Counsel, Sponsored Programs, Risk Management, involved faculty, and other NYU offices. Prior to joining NYU, he was a licensing associate at the State University of New York – Binghamton University for over six years and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He holds his JD from Capital University Law School and BS in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University.
