Keaton joined TOV as a licensing associate in 2023, where he supports the commercialization of life science technologies from NYU faculty. Dr. Crosse has a strong background in life science research, having obtained a PhD in Virology and Immunology from La Trobe University in Australia, and more recently having completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the same fields at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.  Dr. Crosse has a passion for leveraging his strong background in life sciences research to create positive societal changes and is currently fulfilling this aspiration as a licensing associate within TOV. In this role, Dr. Crosse works alongside NYU’s team of leading experts in biomedical innovation to evaluate invention disclosures, identify commercial partners, negotiate research and license agreements, and promote the creation of startup companies based on NYU technologies.
