Most software tools are just graphical interfaces to the same R packages. TerraFlow is the first platform built for disease immunophenotyping. Their approach detects cell types that are typically ignored by traditional methods, allowing scientists to extract new insights from the data they already have. TerraFlow defines each population with a simple gating path and uses ChatGPT-enabled technology (FlowGPT) to explain how each protein combination relates to the scientist’s disease of interest. The platform provides a plain-English report that can be easily understood by anyone and delivers on-demand answers within 24 hours.
