Insights Intervention

INSIGHTS is an evidence-based intervention designed to support children’s social-emotional development and academic learning. The intervention assists teachers and parents in recognizing how differences in children’s behavior are often related to their temperament/personality. Children also benefit from understanding that individuals differ in their responses to daily life situations due to their temperaments. INSIGHTS Intervention envisions a world where every child is recognized as a unique individual and supported in reaching his or her optimal social, emotional, and academic development. Their mission is to assist parents, teachers, and other caregivers to use responsive and effective strategies that match each child’s temperament.
